Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: 188,500 – 230,300 CAD (annual, 35‑hour workweek). Bonus target based on base salary with potential payout up to double the target. 20% bonus and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with Intact matching 50% of net shares.
