Director - Interior Design

We are seeking an experienced and design-driven Director – Interior Design to lead the interior design function for a leading real estate company in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for shaping the design vision, driving concept-to-execution excellence, and ensuring that all interior environments reflect the brand’s standards of aesthetics, functionality, quality, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in high-end residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial real estate interiors, with the ability to lead internal teams, manage external consultants, and collaborate closely with architecture, projects, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
