Director Health Services & Site Lead - Aberdeen Hospital

Reporting to the Health Services Executive Director (NZ), the Director of Health Services/Site Lead in collaboration with the Medical Site Lead is responsible for operational planning, management, and leadership of health services at Aberdeen Hospital.

In a co-leadership relationship with the Medical Site Lead, the Director of Health Services/Site Lead provides operational leadership and direction to the members of the health care team for the day-to-day operations of the site by facilitating collaboration and integration of activities.
