Director, Global Quality Compliance

The Director of Global Quality Compliance is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving the company’s Global Quality Management System (QMS) across all manufacturing sites, design centers, and global operations. This leader will also own and drive the Global Internal Audit program, ensuring rigorous compliance to QMS requirements, identifying systemic risks, and enforcing timely and sustainable closure of non compliances.
This role requires strong expertise in end to end QMS management, manufacturing quality, design quality processes, and proven ability to drive accountability and compliance across multiple regions and business units.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Global Quality Management System (QMS) Leadership
• Own and continuously improve the company-wide Global QMS and its governance framework.
