Director, Global Business Control – Specialty Papers

UPM Specialty Materials is seeking a Director, Business Control for Global Specialty Papers to lead and develop the Business Control function. You will provide financial insight to support strategy, growth and value creation in a global, multi-site environment.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance/control, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive profitability, working capital and KPI follow-up across a global matrix organization. Fluent English is required; Finnish is an asset.
