Director Financial Control

Responsible to lead Financial Control governance framework for centralised financial controllership function and will support designing controls in accordance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework principles and ensure compliance

Role will be responsible for rolling out UK ACG framework and ensure there are no major gaps / weakness in compliance of key controls

will be a key member of Financial Control India leadership team and required in-depth understanding of how various functions contribute to achieving the organization goals and the commercial objectives.

What we are looking:

Chartered Accountant with 20 Plus years of experience

Experience in Banking GCC

Financial Controls Framework ownership

ICFR/SOX/ACG Framework

Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Finance Transformation/Centralization

High Level Stakeholder Management
