Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of EMEA markets focusing on Events, IP/Brand Extension, Branded Hospitality, and Media
- Source, negotiate, and execute new partnerships and business ventures using deep industry relationships
- Manage prospecting, lead development, and contract redlining in collaboration with Legal
- Build consensus for new business initiatives across internal stakeholder groups including Sales, Marketing, and Editorial
- Focus on developing large, strategic multi-year revenue programs
- Renegotiate and extend existing content licensing deals and business development partnerships
Requirements
- 10+ years of business development experience
- 5+ years of licensing experience at a Media/Entertainment company
- Deep understanding of industry revenue models, royalties, and rights & permissions
