Position Overview You will play a key role in the performance and growth of our national network of distribution centers. As a strategic leader, you will ensure the consistency, efficiency, and evolution of our logistics operations to directly support our business objectives and customer experience.

Define and drive a strong operational vision across all distribution centers

Continuously optimize operations: receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping

Lead and develop regional managers with inspiring and consistent leadership

Create safe, high‑performing, and collaborative work environments

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high‑quality service

Manage national budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and continuous improvement
