Job Description

Manage, organize, and oversee the daily security operations of the property to ensure the safety, well-being, and positive experience of both internal and external guests, employees, visitors, and the property itself.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Security/Loss Prevention Department to ensure exceptional levels of safety and security throughout the hotel.
• Protect guests, employees, visitors, hotel assets, and company property from accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or any unforeseen incidents, while consistently maintaining established security standards and responding effectively to any situation that may arise.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop Security team members in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
