Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of the Finance and Accounting function
• Manage the on-site accounting team
• Full ownership of the financial statements for Mexico, including the consolidation of results
• Responsible for the local forecasting and budget process
• Execute on timelines required by corporate and platform function
• Work with Sourcing and Continuous Improvement teams to determine cost savings and ensure they positively impact the P&L
• Develop enhancements to policies and procedures to grow the business while mitigating risk
• Manage the relationship with Maquila Shelter Service Provider
• Monitor inventory drive inventory accuracy, identify issues and minimize on hand inventory
• Responsible for accuracy of balance sheet accounts
