Director, Corporate Client Group (Hamilton)

Responsibilities

• Part of a growing team of Directors committed to the origination and delivery of Corporate Financing, Advisory, Banking and Risk Management solutions to Canadian privately‑owned and public Upper Middle‑Market/Large Commercial enterprises in the Financial Services and Professional Services sectors
• Support the Corporate Client Group (CCG) mandate to develop and maintain a business pipeline, win new business, grow P&L of existing portfolio, and work with partners to close transactions sufficient in number to meet revenue plans
• Develop a strategic understanding of the client’s business model, market position, and growth/divestiture plans. Understand opportunities and risks that will impact business performance
• Develop a mutual understanding of client needs for creation, protection and realization of shareholder value. Achieve and maintain position as a trusted Financial Advisor
