We are looking for a Director, Channel Management, who will report to the Director of Portfolio, Strategy, Channel and Customer Experience. The role focuses on defining and executing the global dealer network strategy, aligning it with growth objectives, dealer and customer experience standards, and operational excellence.
Strategic Leadership and Business Management
Define and execute the channel management strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Lead, develop, and engage a high‑performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for channel operations.
Dealer Network Framework and Governance
Establish and oversee dealer agreement frameworks, network policies, and governance standards in partnership with Legal.
Own dealer‑related customer master data strategy in SAP, ensuring data integrity and effective account lifecycle management.
