Director, Business Development

Overview

Hub Financial, a division of HUB International, seeks a Director, Business Development to support independent life insurance advisors by driving sales growth and recruiting new advisors.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales in all lines of business
• Recruit advisors and blocks of business to HUB
• Build strong advisor relationships with new and existing HUB advisors
• Provide a holistic insurance solution to brokers based on client needs
• Promote HUB tools and resources to HUB advisors
• Represent HUB at industry meetings and participate in campaigns to drive new insurance business
• Continuously learn and participate in industry training to stay informed on best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry
