Director – Activation, Retail Performance

Overview

Lead the team responsible for planning and preparing the operational execution of commercial and strategic initiatives for the Uniprix and Proxim networks.

Responsibilities

• Define execution strategies and merchandising frameworks for weekly activities and promotional waves.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to identify growth levers and optimize in-store execution.
• Ensure end-to-end operational readiness for new members.
• Lead store openings, renovations and turnaround situations.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Ten (10) years' experience in retail operations, ideally in the pharmaceutical or distribution sector.
• Five (5) years' experience in people management.
