The Manager, Brand Revenue Growth Management (RGM) plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by supporting the development and execution of pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies across assigned brands.
This role is highly analytical and cross‑functional, acting as a key partner to Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Channel RGM teams. While contributing broadly to core RGM processes, the role also leads innovation‑related governance (NPI processes) and ensures robust financial and commercial inputs into business decisions.

Innovation & Portfolio (Lead)
- Lead RGM input into cross‑functional innovation (NPI) processes and category meetings
- Ensure alignment on volume, pricing, and margin assumptions for new product launches
- Support delivery of innovation initiatives on time and in line with financial targets
