What This Role Actually Is

You’ll edit performance ads for our Meta campaigns. High volume, fast turnaround, results-driven. This is not a YouTube editing role. This is not a cinematic filmmaking role. This is a direct-response advertising role. Success is measured by speed, output, testing velocity, and whether the ads work. If you need two weeks to edit one ad, this isn’t your role.
