Dimensional Validation Engineer

Main Responsibilities Support tolerance commitment negotiation by validating RFQ tolerance commitments and measurement scenarios with the Product Architect. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide methodological feedback to central teams. Ensure geometry convergence by validating geometry folders, participating in design reviews, and proposing solutions to secure product geometry status. Define and write specifications for checking fixtures; oversee design, development, manufacturing, validation, tuning, and commissioning of fixtures. Lead and analyze Gauge R&R studies, provide appropriate recommendations, and support plant‑level training. Plan, conduct, or coordinate dimensional measurements (1D, 2D, 3D), including 3D scanning when applicable, and deliver consolidated reports. Drive tolerance approval with customers before milestone M4 and ensure proper use of geometry tools, methods, dashboards, and standards on all assigned projects. Organize and manage measurem...
