**As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with Siemens Energy’s Blades and Vanes team, you implement, drive, and own** **Automation & Digitalization** **initiatives within our investment casting facility. You work hands‑on to modernize manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, quality, and data visibility across operations. A key part of your role is leading manufacturing automation, including advanced robotics, automated shell lines, and production automation. You partner closely with operations, engineering, and digital teams to take ideas from concept through implementation. Each day, you help turn smart manufacturing solutions into real, measurable improvements on the shop floor.**
