Digital Workplace Engineer – Microsoft 365 & AI

What You'll do

As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you will

  • Enhance and maintain the delivery of various Microsoft 365 solutions to all Hilti employees
  • Support adoption initiatives, including creating user guidance sharing best practices
  • Support enablement, rollout, and optimization of M365 Copilot and other AI platforms across the organization
  • Contribute to governance, security, and compliance considerations for enterprise AI usage
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI and workplace technologies, providing recommendations for innovation and continuous improvement

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, or related field
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace / End User Computing
