You will help boost efficiency, streamline processes through automation, and introduce innovative, cost‑effective digital tools that drive real impact. The pathway includes an automation and digital transformation pilot focused on accelerating business growth and enhancing productivity, as well as tracking organizations' digital transformation journeys to strengthen leaders’ ability to leverage these tools for successful business transition.
