Key Responsibilities
- As the interface for the ISG DT team, maintain close contact and communication with the NA ISG GSC business and management team.
- Lead and participate in NA ISG DT and IT projects.
- Support Global Supply Chain business process redevelopment and solution design.
- Implement and support supply chain system solutions related to NA data privacy.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other business teams to align end‑to‑end process improvements and represent the GSC team.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deliver technical solutions for GSC processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure high‑quality deliverables and maintain ongoing communication with finance teams to drive continuous process improvement.
- Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption.
