Opportunity Description
Our client is looking for a Digital (Web) Strategist to join their team. This will be a 6+ month contract, with likelihood to convert to FTE. You must reside in Ottawa, as this will be 2x per week in-office.
Responsibilities
- Build web strategies and roadmaps that support the client's digital and customer experience goal
- Partner with CX to define target‑state journeys and digital channel direction
- Turn strategy into explicit, actionable plans with defined success metric
- Use research, data, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and best practice
- Shape data, content, SEO/GEO/AIO, and personalization strategy
- Ensure accessibility is embedded across content, design, and technology
- Contribute to quarterly and annual planning with business and tech partner
