Digital Media and Marketing Operations Lead / Director

Job Description:

• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker, Mixpanel, etc.) and social listening tools.

• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and marketing automation.

• Familiarity with crypto tools (Dune Analytics, Nansen, on-chain data, wallet integrations) is highly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment with ambiguous requirements.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• MBA or certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are advantageous.
