• Has built or grew a skincare or cosmetics brand in Pakistan
• Can Lead a team
• Understands how Pakistani women discover, trust, and buy skincare
• Knows how to position a brand, plan campaigns, and brief a team
• Can read performance data and make decisions from it — Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify
