Job Summary
The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising campaigns across proprietary ad platforms. This includes media plan review trafficking QA reporting and optimization for both direct IO and programmatic campaigns. The role demands precision speed and proactive communication to ensure campaigns meet the standards for quality compliance and performance.
Responsibilities
- Review and QC media plans, build orders in customer proprietary ad server
- Handle creative asset submission and metadata entry
- Trafficking campaigns including tag implementation, targeting setup and frequency capping
- Conduct thorough QA checks pre-launch and during campaign flight
- Activate campaigns and monitor pacing, flagging risks proactively
