Digital ad insertion coordinator

The Digital Insertion Coordinator is responsible for the accurate execution, monitoring, and control of digital advertising campaigns across video and display platforms, ensuring insertion orders are implemented correctly and aligned with commercial and technical requirements. This role is critical to campaign delivery, KPI fulfillment, and coordination between Sales, Ad Operations, and Technology teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Insertion Order (IO) Management - Create, validate, and manage digital insertion orders. - Review commercial and technical specifications. - Ensure campaigns are implemented as sold. - Track changes and campaign adjustments.
2. Campaign Execution & Monitoring - Monitor daily delivery of digital campaigns. - Identify pacing or delivery issues. - Coordinate basic optimizations. - Escalate operational or technical issues.
