About the Opportunity

The Clinical Dietitian is an integral member of the interdisciplinary health professional team and is responsible for the nutrition care, disease management and education of patients. The Dietitian initiates a cost‑effective nutrition therapy comprised of patient assessment, the development and implementation of a patient‑centered, goal‑focused care plan, with ongoing evaluation.
