To ensure the preparation of food for residents and staff while maintaining high standard of quality food production and dining room service.
Maintains infection control, sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
+ To respect and deliver services to client as needed and as indicated by the director of dietary services
+ To assist in maintaining client dietary needs as prescribed by doctor’s orders. Maintains client dietary needs as prescribed by doctor’s orders with no significant
+ discrepancies to meet standards.
+ To maintain high sanitation standards as described by the Dietary Policy & Procedure Manual (DPPM)
