Responsibilities:
Perform defined work routines, using various dietary utensils, supplies and equipment as assigned by the Food Service Supervisor or Food and Nutrition Manager.Meet scheduled meal and snack times.Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.Assist in arranging portioning desserts, assembling nourishment carts, unloading food items into steam table for meal service, assembling meal trays, loading food carts, and serving meals.Setting up the dining room while following floor diagrams and serving residents.Washing and storing dishes.Ensure dining room and servery work area is clean and kept in a tidy manner at all times.Follow established reporting procedures for the following:
