Opportunity Description
We are looking for a talented **Diesel Technician** to join our Distribution business in **Kearny, NJ.**
**Hours:** Will train on the **7:00 AM – 3:30PM** shift. After training, will transition to the **11:00 AM – 7:30 PM** shift.
**In this role will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop
+ Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
+ Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles
+ Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
+ Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products
+ Maintain own tools
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Primarily engaged in maintenance or basic repairs/diagnostics
+ Requires direct supervision and review of workmanship quality
+ Demonstrates an understanding on access to engine repair process information sources.
+ Understands after-treatment system...
