DGM - Warehouse Operations

We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Expert to join our Manufacturing units. Reporting to the Supply Chain Head, you will be focusing on Warehouse and Logistics areas in Supply Chain function at plant. The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to): Customer order management Receive orders from DC’s & Provide delivery commitment on time. Provide revised delivery commitment for late orders. Dispatch FG to DC’s and optimize the deliveries & delivery cost. Liaison with DC & Direct Customers for all issues related to orders, customer priority, forecasts and delivery schedules. Liaison with Forwarders of Imports and Exports and also with CHA Key Elements of the role: Order Booking Receives order from customers and IG group. Acknowledge orders for direct customers through email. Catalog the data in the SAP system accurately.
