Role Mission

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Training Manager to lead all education initiatives across South LATAM. This individual will be responsible for elevating brand knowledge, retail excellence, and client experience across Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare categories

The role acts as the regional guardian of training excellence, ensuring that all distributor and travel retail markets are aligned with global brand standards while adapting programs to local needs. This person will not only execute training programs but also build long-term capabilities within distributor teams, driving sell-out performance and brand desirability in the region.
