NearPeer is Pakistan's largest edtech platform — 7 million+ students prepping for MDCAT, CSS, ECAT, CA, FSc, and O/A Levels rely on us daily, including during live, time-critical exams where traffic spikes hard and fails loudly if the infrastructure isn't ready. Our stack is real production infrastructure across dozens of microservices and multiple databases — currently held together by a lean team with no dedicated DevOps hire. We're changing that.
