Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of technology delivery, software engineering, SaaS platform engineering, digital marketing technology, or enterprise application support experience.
- Hands‑on experience leading technical delivery for enterprise SaaS or marketing technology platforms, including onboarding, configuration, integration, lifecycle management, and production support.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including automation, source control, release management, CI/CD, environment management, monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Experience with API‑based integrations, REST services, JSON, authentication patterns, and troubleshooting integration failures across distributed systems.
