Job Function

Lead development and sustainment activities for Information Technology (IT) applications to support Line of Business (LoB) solutions and Pay Scale Group MP4 Points 0278 services based on user requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Perform tactical activities including designing, inspecting, and implementing code for relevant applications using various programming languages in an agile environment. Guard the quality of the code for business technology solutions and prevent the accumulation of technical debt by applying sound engineering practices. Work closely with the Pod team to manage backlog, prioritize user stories, and confirm requirements are clear and complete before development. Support the Application Service Management lifecycle by analyzing trends to prevent occurrence of incidents, problems, and errors and improve overall performance; and conducting break/fix work.
