In your role as Senior Development Officer, you will oversee key fundraising portfolios under the guidance of the Director of Development. By managing individual, corporate, and foundation relationships, you will create effective donor strategies while mentoring the Development Coordinator. Your work is vital for reinforcing Egale’s mission through targeted appeals and stewardship practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong donor relationships
• Manage gift processing and timely acknowledgment
• Implement and oversee annual fundraising campaigns
• Coordinate donor recognition events
• Ensure compliance with corporate sponsorship agreements
Requirements:
• 4-5 years fundraising experience preferred
