ICM Property Group is seeking a Development Manager to help drive the growth of our Canadian development platform, which currently includes 366 residential multifamily units under construction and in predevelopment, low-density residential, industrial, and retail. In a predevelopment capacity, the Development Manager assists with project feasibility, due diligence, rezoning, plan development, budget iteration, and efficiency design. As project manager, the role monitors and supervises our third-party general contractors and creates on-site solutions, leading construction delivery through to close-out. Reporting to the Director of Investments & Development and operating on a lean team alongside a Senior Project Coordinator and Development Associate, the right candidate will grow from an experienced builder into a well-rounded developer
