Desktop Support Specialist – Windows Expert, On-Call

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Technical Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The role involves troubleshooting, parts replacement, and repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Windows operating system, strong client service skills, and preferably an A+ certification or equivalent. Additional responsibility includes responding to after-hour calls as needed.
