Description

Main Responsibilities Unbox, stage, configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other endpoint devices supporting a new ambulatory healthcare facility. Perform computer builds and staging activities at the client’s warehouse and staging facility in Mineola, NY. Deploy and install endpoint technology at the new ambulatory hub located in Manhasset, NY. Configure Windows 11 devices and ensure all systems are deployment ready prior to go-live. Complete workstation setups including monitors, docking stations, peripherals, cable management, and connectivity validation. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during deployment activities and provide break/fix support when necessary. Assist with inventory tracking, asset management, device verification, and equipment auditing throughout the project lifecycle.
