JOB DESCRIPTION Support in software deployment, updates, and security patches on employees’ devices. Oversee compliance with security policies and address vulnerabilities. Level 2 Support: Resolve escalated technical incidents requiring system-level or network policy intervention. Active Directory Administration: Manage the user lifecycle (creation, deletion, modifications) and apply/maintain Group Policies (GPOs). Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience.
