Design review team lead (saltillo)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct supportive and efficient Design Reviews which includes performing evaluations of designs at various stages of development before required meetings and compose action items accordingly. Attend all required meetings. Provide design solutions as necessary. Review tolerance analysis. Review prints and approve Engineering Change Orders. Escalate major design concerns. Support and assist Product Engineers through the various gates of the Design Review Process. Contribute to continuous improvement of the Design Review Process and associated tracking tools. Evaluate Engineerign Chane Orders (ECOs) for Design Review Team approvals. Support/assist Team Members/Product Engineers when necessary.
