Design Requirements Compliance Manager

Drive design compliance initiatives with PACT for the Pearson LIFT program in Toronto. This role focuses on tracking design requirements changes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

As the Design Requirements & Compliance Manager, you will manage design changes, coordinating with sub-program leads and the Commercial Team. Key responsibilities include overseeing design adherence to regulations, managing deviations, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and track changes in design requirements with sub-program leads
• Ensure compliance of design submittals with regulatory requirements
• Initiate the Change Management Process with the Commercial Team
• Manage RFI processes for design clarifications
• Develop and maintain the Design Requirements Compliance Matrix (DRCM)
