Design Project Manager

**Position Summary**

Responsible for the preconstruction process of design-build and design-assist projects. Manages project design and detailing schedule, monitors design development and detailing progress, and manages the financial aspects of the design contract to deliver high-quality projects within the prescribed time frames and costs.

**Position Details**

+ Manages larger or several smaller design-build and design-assist projects. Ensures the delivery of high-quality projects within the prescribed time frames.
+ Develops and maintains client relationships. Coordinates with cross-functional teams, including other discipline contractors and architects.
+ Communicates and manages project goals and schedules with business development, engineering, estimating, and construction project management. Identifies and assesses risk in all project phases and participates in creation of construction schedules to ensure alignment.
