With a secured pipeline of multi‑rise residential and high‑density new‑build schemes, the business is strengthening its technical and design capability to support a more structured, coordinated and compliant delivery model.
We're now looking for a Design Manager who can coordinate design information across complex multi‑storey projects, ensuring clarity, buildability and compliance from pre‑construction through delivery. You'll work closely with architects, engineers and specialist consultants, helping drive technical consistency and supporting the wider project team with accurate, timely information.
