**Job Description**
The Design Manager guides potential homebuyers through the entire design and selections process for their new home, combining consultative sales, design expertise, and project ownership. This role meets directly with clients in an office setting, helps them choose finishes and materials, and maintains clear, consistent communication throughout the homebuilding journey to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

**Responsibilities**

+ Meet with potential homebuyers in person to discuss their needs, preferences, and vision for their new home.
+ Conduct consultative, in-office sales conversations to help persuade interested buyers to move forward with purchasing a home, without any outside or door-to-door sales.
