Design & Construction Project Manager (Facilities Management) - #Staff

We are seeking a **_Design & Construction Project Manager_** who will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project budgets, schedules and scope of work statements; preparation of project construction estimates and schedules; plans review; project execution and management of consultant and contractor activities on minor and major capital projects ranging from $5,000 to $5,000,000. All activities to be performed under the supervision by the Assistant Director of Design and Construction, and in coordination with Departmental Administrators, and Facilities Management staff. Must be capable of managing multiple projects in multiple stages of development simultaneously.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Meets with and maintains liaison with design consultants, contractors, users, and in-house personnel.
