Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end mobile test automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright
• Define the overall QA strategy including unit, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Establish test coverage standards and drive adoption across the Android and iOS workstreams
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead, Android, and iOS developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD
• Create, manage, and groom JIRA test-related user stories, defects, and test cycles
• Lead exploratory and regression testing for major releases
• Mentor and guide Mid SDETs in automation best practices and framework usage
• Produce and maintain test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics
• Identify and elevate risks and quality issues to the Tech Lead and project stakeholders
• Champion a shift‑left testing culture within the engineering team
