Deputy/Assistant Director, Supervisory Methodologies (SMTA)

The Supervisory Methodologies, Tools and Analytics (SMTA) division within the Inspection & Supervisory Methodologies Department (IMD) designs frameworks and methodologies for effective supervision of banks in Singapore. We work in close partnership with banking supervision colleagues.

• Establish and execute the strategic roadmap, priorities, and action plans to transform banking supervision and reshape banking practices to enhance agility, effectiveness, and efficiency for the future of banking supervision.
• Leverage supervisory technology and develop analytical tools to automate supervisory processes and improve surveillance capabilities for more effective and efficient allocation of supervisory resources.
• Analyze and optimize operational processes, implement innovative strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
