Deputy Event Lead

Deputy Event Lead to join our Operations Event Team in our Refinery in Tuas. You will focus on planning and preparing our Refinery for a Safe Turnaround. You will work closely with stakeholders within Neste and external partners.

Responsible to plan, prepare and execute events related to Operations including operations resource planning for designated unit(s). Events are defined as:

• Turn-arounds (TA)
• Major Unit Shut-Downs (SD)
• Major maintenance activities i.e. Tank-inspections

(Pre)Commissioning and initial start-up of capital investment projects

• Back-up Event team member in Turn-arounds and Unit Shut-downs
• Responsible for monitoring TA/SD execution, instructing shift teams accordingly, and reporting progress
