Requirements

• National Diploma (NQF Level 6)/Degree (NQF Level 7) in ICT (Computer Science/Informatics)/Business Information Technology/Information Technology
• ITIL, COBIT, Project Management certifications are an added advantage
• 3‑5 years’ IT Infrastructure Support experience at an Assistant Director level
• Knowledge of GPG and DPDRT policies and procedures, relevant legislation and Public Service Regulations, Government ICT procurement
• Skills: people and empowerment, service delivery innovation, problem solving and analysis, written and oral communication
